Turn Reels and TikToks into Routines you can follow.
You save a great stretching video, then never watch it again. Ripp turns it into a Routine: every Movement in order, with clear instructions and the creator’s time or reps, ready to play at the gym or at home.
iPhone app, launching on the App Store
How it works
-
Share the video to Ripp
Tap Share on a workout, stretching or mobility Reel in Instagram, or a TikTok, and pick Ripp. Or paste the link into the app.
-
Ripp writes the Routine
Ripp watches the video and lists every Movement in order: its name, a short clip from the original video, step-by-step instructions, up to three cues, and the time or reps the creator gave.
-
Press Play
Play walks you through the Routine one Movement at a time, full screen, with a timer for holds and a reminder to switch sides.
What you get
-
Routines, not bookmarks
Each Routine is a clear list you can read in seconds, instead of scrubbing through a video to find the next stretch.
-
Your Library
Everything you save in one place, searchable, and sorted into Collections such as “Back pain” or “Morning mobility”.
-
Play Mode
Big text and one-handed controls, made to follow mid-workout without squinting at your phone.
-
Credit to creators
Every Routine names the creator, as in “Reel by @handle”, and links back to the original Reel or TikTok.
